Biology <br /> The presence of elderberry bushes on the site raises the concern of a potential <br /> environmental impact regarding the threatened Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle. As a <br /> result, the applicant may participate in the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat <br /> Conservation Plan administered by the San Joaquin Council of Governments. <br /> Tentative Map <br /> If the applicant files a full application, a revised tentative map will be required. The <br /> tentative map must show the following: <br /> • All existing heritage and native oak trees with their driplines. <br /> • Building pads for lots with oak tree and elderberry bush restrictions. <br /> Next Step <br /> When the applicant is ready to submit the full application, it will be necessary to do the <br /> following: <br /> • Submit seven copies (18" x 26") of the tentative map and two reduced copies <br /> (8'/z" x 11") of the tentative map. <br /> • Submit a Geo Technical Report. <br /> • Submit a Surface & Subsurface Contamination Report to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. Submit a receipt to the Community Development <br /> Department showing the study has been accepted by EHD. <br /> • Submit a Soils Suitability Study to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> • Submit the remaining portion of the Major Subdivision application fee. <br /> PRE-APPLICATION DISCLAIMER <br /> NOTE: The Pre-application . conference is designed to inform prospective <br /> applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning consistency, public improvement <br /> requirements, preliminary design constraints and opportunities, and major <br /> environmental and safety issues.
