According <br /> to the EDR report the tanks are used to store regular gasoline (Tanks 1 and 2), and unleaded <br /> gasoline (Tank 4). The contents of Tank 3 is unreported. The tanks are reported to have been <br /> installed in 1978. There are no reported incidents or violation associated with the tanks. Due to <br /> the estimated direction of groundwater flow, and distance from the subject site, the tanks are not <br /> ` currently expected to have an adverse impact on the subject site. <br /> /Clements Rural County Fire_ Pro, located at 18623 Highway 88, approximately 1,000 feet <br /> y south/southwest of the site, appears on the HIST UST database due to an underground storage <br /> tank. According to the EDR report, the tank is a 750-gallon regular fuel tank and was installed in <br /> 1980. There are no reported violations or incidents associated with the tank. Based on this <br /> information, and the distance from the site, Clements Rural County Fire Pro is not currently <br /> expected to have an adverse impact on the site. <br /> 4.2. ADDITIONAL AGENCY ENVIRONMENTAL RECORDS <br /> Local regulatory agencies were contacted for reasonably ascertainable and practically reviewable <br /> documentation regarding recognized environmental conditions present at the site and adjacent <br /> facilities. Interviews with local regulatory agency representatives are included in Chapter 7.0 of <br /> this report, and copies of the documentation obtained by Kleinfelder are included in Appendix D <br /> t� of this report. The following agencies were contacted for documentation as part of this project. <br /> // • San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioners Office (SJCACO) was contacted on <br /> �'- November 12, 2003 for information regarding pesticide use permits. At the time of report <br /> preparation, Kleinfelder had not received information from this source.
