State Route 88, Lockeford) <br /> ACTION: On July 14, 1997, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> a one-year Time Extension for SA-95-32. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $275.00. <br /> The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on July 24, 1997. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, <br /> the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by June 16, 1998, the <br /> new expiration date.
