I have received only two phones (:ails from your department for information by <br /> a gentleman who Identified himself as Patel. His first call was to request Information <br /> that I believe is already in your files. I directed him to Tim O'Brien but offered to resend <br /> the information if necessary. His second call about a week later was regarding my <br /> current facility. I informed him that the issue was pertaining to our new proposed facility <br /> not our current facility. It was difficult for l`ne to communicate with him and I am not <br /> even sure If he works in your unit. <br /> We are moving forward very quickly and construction has started. We are beginning to <br /> Install our underground plumbing on Monday. Our schedule is to have this work <br /> completed and ready for inspection by Jure 6t', <br /> I would appreciate an answer regarding my intention to plumb a small cooling water <br /> discharge line to the storm drain system as requested in my,April 15, 2003 fax to Tim <br /> O'Brien (attached).
