Let <br /> me reiterate, we are first and foremost a manufacturing and distribution <br /> facility. The addition of a retail store, although we are excited about it, is <br /> not the primary source of revenue of our business. We hope that people <br /> will stop to visit but it IS NOT THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF OUR <br /> BUSINESS. As a corollary, we also have a website for selling products <br /> retail but we do little to promote the website. In fact It currently is stip ' <br /> displaying our Christmas products. <br /> Our products are very high and specialized products that consequently <br /> sell for a very high price. Our target demographics are women 25-45 yrs <br /> old with a household income of over$75,0001year. It is our observation <br /> that the type of busses that travel Hwy 88 at our location are primarily <br /> "gambler specials" running to an Indian casino In Jackson. The <br /> demographics of the casino do not match our demographic so we are <br /> planning to do nothing to promote our facility to these busses. <br /> In addition to not actively trying to attract busses, we also DO NOT HAVE <br /> BUS PARKING at our facility. <br /> Should busses stop they will of course be welcome and we will not ask <br /> them to leave. Our public restrooms currently consist of one fixture each <br /> for men and women. The sizing requirement for the septic system is per <br /> fixture, not per person, parking place, by bus, or other metric. The water <br /> usage according to San Joaquin County Health standards has been <br /> factored into the design of the septic system and is adequate. <br /> M.
