Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. [ A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use,indicating that the area is suitable.for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d))• A nitrate loading study is required, and a review'fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department.
