RISERS AND LIDS: All tanks to be manholed per EHD requirements for access to internal <br /> al be watertight with a watertight seal and correlated <br /> vaults and for septage pumping. Risers are to be 24 inches in diameter and <br /> may extend 3 inches above original grade to allow for settlement and to assure drainage away from <br /> access. If bury depth is greater than 36 inches,riser diameter must be 30 inches. Lids must be <br /> bolted onto each riser and must support 2500 lb wheel loads. If lids are to be traffic bearing, cast <br /> iron must be used. <br /> I 2. PUMP VAULT: A 24 inch,Orenco®BioTube Pump Vault®is specified in the last <br /> compartment of the secondary septic tank, Model PVU57 2419 for effluent pumping. Housed <br /> inside the vault is the BioTube assembly consisting of 118 inch mesh polypropylene tubes. <br /> f 3. FLOATS AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY: Model MF3A-YP,G,W. Yellow/purple wires <br /> correspond with the high water alarm and lag pump on, green wire corresponds with pump on/off <br /> and white wire correspond with low water alarm. <br /> 4. EFFLUENT PUMPS:Two pumps required in Pump Vault(duplex system),Model P50-0712. <br /> Pumps 50 gpm,at 314 horsepower and 230 volts. <br /> 5. ELECTRICAL SPLICE BOX:Model SB5 <br /> I4 6. CONTROLS AND ALARMS:Panel with high and low water alarm,with lag pump on. <br /> Model MVP-DAX-2RO. Pump control panel mounted on exterior wall within 50 feet of the tanks <br /> and pumps.
