I. Recitals A. Grantors are the owners of certain real property located in San Joaquin County, California, hereinafter referred to as the "Servient Tenement", having the A.P.N. 019-240-44 and 019-240-46 and being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. B. Grantees are the owners of certain real property located in San Joaquin County, California, hereinafter referred to as the "Dominant Tenement", having the A.P.N. 019-240- 18, 019-240-49 and 019-240-50 and being more particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein. C. Grantee's have requested Grantor to provide Grantee's with an easement over the. Servient Tenement for the use and benefit of the Dominant Tenement, and Grantor is willing to provide such an easement. NOW.THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: II. Agreement A. Grant of Easement. For good and valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of t which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants to Grantee's an Easement (hereinafter described) appurtenant to the Dominant Tenement to construct, erect, reconstruct, maintain, place, replace, operate, inspect,.repair and remove an underground leach field, and leach tides and facilities related thereto (including ingress thereto and egress therefrom) including but not limited to wires, cables, conduits, pipes, manholes, handholes, and above ground markers, other associated electrical and plumbing fixtures and appurtenances, in, under and upon the Easement. The Easement shall run with the land. R. DescEiption of Easement/Location. The area of the Easement granted herein consists of: 1) a rectangular parcel of land, located In the northwest corner of the Servient Tenement, measuring (from such northwest corner) 80 feet to the east, along the northern boundary of the Servient Tenement, and measuring (from such northwest corner) 50 feet to the south, along the eastern boundary of the Servient Tenement; and 2) and a strip of land 10 feet wide, commencing at the southwest corner of the rectangular portion.of the Easement 1 �l
