Recitals <br /> A. Grantors are the owners of certain real property located in San Joaquin County, <br /> California, hereinafter referred to as the "Servient Tenement", having the A.P.N. 019-240-44 <br /> and 019-240-46 and being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> B. Grantees are the owners of certain real property located in San Joaquin County, <br /> California, hereinafter referred to as the "Dominant Tenement", having the A.P.N. 019-240- <br /> 18, 019-240-49 and 019-240-50 and being more particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> C. Grantee's have requested Grantor to provide Grantee's with an easement over the. <br /> Servient Tenement for the use and benefit of the Dominant Tenement, and Grantor is willing to <br /> provide such an easement. <br /> NOW.THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br /> II. Agreement <br /> A. Grant of Easement. For good and valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of <br /> t which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants to Grantee's an Easement (hereinafter <br /> described) appurtenant to the Dominant Tenement to construct, erect, reconstruct, maintain, <br /> place, replace, operate, inspect,.repair and remove an underground leach field, and leach tides <br /> and facilities related thereto (including ingress thereto and egress therefrom) including but not <br /> limited to wires, cables, conduits, pipes, manholes, handholes, and above ground markers, <br /> other associated electrical and plumbing fixtures and appurtenances, in, under and upon the <br /> Easement. The Easement shall run with the land. <br /> R. DescEiption of Easement/Location. The area of the Easement granted herein <br /> consists of: 1) a rectangular parcel of land, located In the northwest corner of the Servient <br /> Tenement, measuring (from such northwest corner) 80 feet to the east, along the northern <br /> boundary of the Servient Tenement, and measuring (from such northwest corner) 50 feet to the <br /> south, along the eastern boundary of the Servient Tenement; and 2) and a strip of land 10 feet <br /> wide, commencing at the southwest corner of the rectangular portion.of the Easement <br /> 1 <br /> �l <br />
