Lukas- Grantees <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> A tract of land situate in the Northeast Quarter (NEI/4) of Section 22, Township 4 North, <br /> Range 8 East, M.D.B. & M., Town of Clements, San Joaquin County, California, being <br /> generally described as a strip of land, 60 feet, more or less, in width, and 340 feet, more <br /> or less, in length, being all that part of portion of the right of way of the Union Pacific <br /> i <br /> { Railroad Company, formerly known as the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a <br /> Delaware corporation, successor in interest to the San Joaquin and Sierra Nevada Railroad <br /> Company, the said tract or strip being more particularly described as being that portion <br />` of that certain tract heretofore acquired from the said railroad company by virtue of that <br /> certain instrument from James Christy dated May 25, 1882, the said instrument having <br /> been filed for record in the said County on June 22, 1882, and recorded in Book <br /> iA,Volume 48, of Deeds, Page 94 which is bounded on the east by the westerly line of <br /> 1 Sixth Street, being bounded on the West by the centerline of vacated Fifth Street, being <br /> bounded on the South by the northerly line of Lots 7-12, inclusive, Block 13, as per map <br /> entitled "Clements" filed for record September 21, 1982 in Volume 1 of Map & Plats at <br /> Page 17 of the said San Joaquin County .Records, and bounded on the South by the <br /> northerly line of that portion of vacated Fifth Street accruing to the said Lot 7, being <br /> bounded on the North by the southerly line by Lots 1-6, inclusive, said Block 13, and the <br /> southerly line of that portion of the vacated Fifth Street accruing to the said Lot 1, the tract <br /> or strip which is the subject of this description being that same 60 foot wide right of way <br /> described in that certain Grant Deed from Harold V.
