6.
CONCLUSIONS
Based on the test results , and the performance of the existing and
other septic systems in the area , it is my opinion that the subject
parcels are suitable for the existing and proposed future septic systems .
Since the depth to groundwater is 140 ' ± , based on San Joaquin County' s
semi-annual groundwater report , and the maximum depeth of dry wells (pits )
is 25 ' , per San Joaquin County ordinance , pits will be well above the
maximum groundwater elevation.
Based on the above information, the existing and proposed future sep-
tic systems should not adversely affect the groundwater quality in
the area .
WATER WELL ANALYSIS
The domestic well on parcel 2 was tested fot Nitrates and DBCP.
The test results are listed below:
DBCP(ug/L) NO3 (mg/L)
ND ND
The test results appear to be consistent with the land use .
DISCLAIMER
The conclusions discussed in this report are based on the limited
test results , and other factors , which are assumed to be represent-
ative of the area, in general . However; wide variations in soils
conditions in the same area, and other conditions can occur; there-
fore , no warranty of suitability is either expressed or implied.
R. F.
