OCT „ <br /> BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-88- �ck06 <br /> RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS R,85-643 AND R-88-250 AND <br /> ESTABLISHING THE MINIMUM STANDARDS AND RFQUIREMENTS <br /> FOR PRIVATE RIGHTS OF WAY <br /> WHEREAS , the San Joaquin County Code authorizes the Planning <br /> Director to approve Private Rights of Way ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the Boar3 of Supervisors shall establish minimum <br /> standards and requirements for the approval of such Rights of <br /> Way. <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that it does hereby rescind Resolutions R-85-643 and R-88-250" and <br /> adopt the following standard conditions for the approval of <br /> Private Rights of Way to provide access to parcels not having <br /> frontage on a County maintained road in accordance with Section <br /> 9-9380 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code as follows : <br /> ( a ) Access shall be provided in accordance with the require- <br /> ments of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 207 . <br /> ( b) Development within an antiquated subdivision will <br /> additionally be required to enter into an Agreement with <br /> San Joaquin County for Deferred Dedication of Right of <br /> Way and Frontaa_e Improvements . <br /> (c ) IF a new pare_=e is being created, a maximum Of sir_ <br /> � <br /> existing and/or potential lots may be served. <br /> (d) private Rights of Way , which are dead ends , shall be <br /> •maximum of one half rale in length and shall oe <br /> terminaTed with a cul-de-sac . <br /> BOS LETTER PAGE 3 <br />
