� 1 ; <br /> :.SGL <br /> !.fL <br /> 0r T - <br /> BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-88- fZZ <br /> RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS R-85-643 AND R-88-250 AND <br /> ESTABLISHING THE MINIMUM STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS <br /> FOR PRIVATE RIGHTS OF WAY <br /> WE-- REAS , the San Joaquin County Code authorizes the Planning <br /> Director to approve Private Rights of Way; and <br /> wiEREAS , the Board of Supervisors shall establish minimum <br /> standards and requirements for the approval of such Rights of <br /> Way . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVSD by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that it does hereby rescind Resolutions R-85-643 and R-88-250 and <br /> adopt the following standard conditions for the approval of <br /> Private Rights of Way to provide access to parcels not having <br /> frontage on a County maintained road in accordance with Section <br /> 9-9380 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code as follows : <br /> (a ) Access shall be provided in accordance with the require- <br /> ments of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 207 . <br /> (b) Development within an antiquated subdivision will <br /> additionally be required to enter into an Agreement with <br /> San Joaquin County for Deferred Dedi-ation of Right of <br /> Way and Frontage Improvements. <br /> ( c) If a new parcel is being created, a maximUM Of sir_ <br /> existing and/or potential lots may be served. <br /> (d) Drivate Rights of Way, which are dead ends , shall be <br /> maximum of one :calf :rile in length and s:-:_ll De <br /> termina-ed with a cul-de-sac. <br /> -12- <br />
