Please refer to the attached checklist for <br /> items found to be insufficient. An addendum to the Soil Suitability Study addressing the items <br /> found insufficient must be submitted to the EHD prior to the recordation of the parcel map. <br /> Please be advised that any additional time required to review the addendum will be billed at a rate of <br /> $93.00 per hour. <br /> In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this project, please <br /> e items noted above.
