On October 27, 1999 the US EPA and methyl parathion registrants
entered into a voluntary federal cancellation process. Your crop use is included in the
cancellation agreement. The cancellation does not allow use of existing stocks after
December 31, 1999. Therefore, your permit allowing the above uses in San Joaquin
County is cancelled to coincide with the federal cancellation. Please contact your
chemical supplier for information on disposal of any methyl parathion in your possession.
FThe remainder of your permit is not affected by this cancellation and remains in effect
until its expiration date.
If you have any questions please call your local agricultural office and ask for the District
Biologist who issued your permit.
F,
` Respectfully yours,
Ga V
- S
ry
F Deputy Agricultural Commissioner
F
r
q
