ON-SITE EXISTING WELL DESCRIPTION <br /> The current water supply well is located off-site on an adjacent property. The multiple-use on-site <br /> water supply well was installed on 02 June 2008 to approximately 460 feet below surface grade(bsg) <br /> with a six-inch casing. The grout seal was installed from the surface to approximately 350 feet bsg. <br /> The well will be utilized for both domestic and agricultural purposes. <br /> 4.4. CONSTITUENTS BEING TESTED FOR IN THE WATER SAMPLE <br /> No constituents were tested in the current multiple-use water supply well. <br /> 4.5. GROUND WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION <br /> No ground water sample was collected. <br /> l� . <br /> 4.6. GROUND WATER ANALYTICAL REPORT <br /> There is no ground water analytical report for the current multiple-use water supply well. <br /> 5.0. SOIL PROFILE <br /> On 17 December 2007, an Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Permit was issued by the EHD <br /> (Appendix C) for the above referenced property. On 26 December 2007, a 4-inch hand auger was <br /> utilized to advance a percolation test hole to 42-inches bsg in the subject parcel. <br /> 5.1.
