The Construction Site Plan shall Indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (CCR, Title 24). <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (CCR, Tide 24). <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1//s inch per foot (CCR, Title 24). <br /> CL Fire apparatus acc=ess roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards <br /> published In Public Works' design standards (Section 10.203, UFC). The access road <br /> must be fully improved to these standards prior to any final inspections. <br /> 5. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DI ICT_: <br /> a. Prior to operation,the applicant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the New <br /> Source Review.Rule and will need to apply for an Authority to Construct and Permit to <br /> Operate according to the rules and regulations of the District. <br /> b. The applicant shall comply with the District's dust mitigation measures during ori-site <br /> corm. <br /> 6. UNDEN-PETgRS FIRE DISTRICT. <br /> a Provide fire protection, including fire mains,fire hydrants,fire sprinkler systems, and any <br /> other fire protection systems required by San Joaquin Coi hty Ordinance No. 3664, the <br /> Uniform Fire Code,and the National l=ire Protection Association. Plans and specifications <br /> for all fire protection systems shall be submitted to this fire department for approval prior <br /> to construction and installation. The hydrant type is to be specified by this department. <br /> b. Provide fire departrnerit access per San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3664, Section 4- <br /> 1006, and UFC Article 10, Sections 10.203 and 10.204. Fire department access is to <br /> Installed prior to construction of any buildings,per UFC Article 10,Section 10.502 Plans <br /> and specifications are to be submitted to this fire department for approval prior to <br /> oflrstructiom <br /> C. Provide-fire hydrants at the bin storage area, per San Joaquin County Ordinance No. <br /> 3654, Section 41014, and UFC Article 30, Section 30.106. Plans and specifications are <br /> to be submlEed to the fire department for approval prior to construction. The bin storage <br /> area is to be gridded per the same code section. <br /> d. Identify any building to be used for high pile storage(any storage over 12 feet or any rack <br /> storage or any pallets stored over sbc feet). This storage is to comply with UFC Article 81, <br /> Including special fire protection. <br />
