The Construction Site Plan shall Indicate the following: (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (CCR, Title 24). (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, at each entrance or visible from each space (CCR, Tide 24). (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1//s inch per foot (CCR, Title 24). CL Fire apparatus acc=ess roads shall be required for new development constructed when any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the public access road This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards published In Public Works' design standards (Section 10.203, UFC). The access road must be fully improved to these standards prior to any final inspections. 5. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DI ICT_: a. Prior to operation,the applicant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the New Source Review.Rule and will need to apply for an Authority to Construct and Permit to Operate according to the rules and regulations of the District. b. The applicant shall comply with the District's dust mitigation measures during ori-site corm. 6. UNDEN-PETgRS FIRE DISTRICT. a Provide fire protection, including fire mains,fire hydrants,fire sprinkler systems, and any other fire protection systems required by San Joaquin Coi hty Ordinance No. 3664, the Uniform Fire Code,and the National l=ire Protection Association. Plans and specifications for all fire protection systems shall be submitted to this fire department for approval prior to construction and installation. The hydrant type is to be specified by this department. b. Provide fire departrnerit access per San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3664, Section 4- 1006, and UFC Article 10, Sections 10.203 and 10.204. Fire department access is to Installed prior to construction of any buildings,per UFC Article 10,Section 10.502 Plans and specifications are to be submitted to this fire department for approval prior to oflrstructiom C. Provide-fire hydrants at the bin storage area, per San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3654, Section 41014, and UFC Article 30, Section 30.106. Plans and specifications are to be submlEed to the fire department for approval prior to construction. The bin storage area is to be gridded per the same code section. d. Identify any building to be used for high pile storage(any storage over 12 feet or any rack storage or any pallets stored over sbc feet). This storage is to comply with UFC Article 81, Including special fire protection.
