PC: 4-15-93 <br /> SA-93-3 <br /> (2) Ag parking spaces, driveways, and manuevering areas shall be paved and <br /> permanently maintained with base material and asphalt concrete to provide a <br /> durable dust free surface. Bumper guards shall'be provided when necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Tide Section 9-1015) <br /> (3) The parking lot design and dimensions shad be In accordance with Table 9- <br /> 1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (4) Ag parking spaces and driveways shall be delineated with paint. <br /> (5) The minimum dimensions for parking aisles(the space required for manuevering <br /> vehicles within a parking Int) shall be as set forth in Figure 9-1015.5 of the <br /> Development Tide. (Development Title Section 9-1015) <br /> f. At the common driveway to Jack Tone Road, the southerly exit lane shall be striped and <br /> signage posted for right-turn only,and the northerly exit lane shall be striped and signage <br /> posted for int-tum only. <br /> g. The entrance gate at the common driveway from Jack Tone Road shall be recessed from <br /> the property line a minimum of 65 feet. <br /> h. Landscaping: <br /> (1) Ludscaping shad conform to the Landscaping Regulations In Division 10 of the <br /> Development Title and shall be shown on the improvement Plan. <br /> (2) Required landscaping, including Irrigation systems, shag be completely installed <br /> prior to the use of the property and the Issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy <br /> for the new structures. (Development Tilde Section 9-1020.2(D) <br /> (3) The perking area shall provide a minimum five percent interior landscaping. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-10206(a)) <br /> (4) one tree shall be required for each five parking stalls, or portion thereof, and <br /> shag be evenly spaced throughout the parking lot.
