Subrnit an Improvement Plan,prepared by`a registered Civil Engineer,showing,drainagel. <br /> driveway access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> gra The Improvement Plan shall show existing road culverts and elevations prior to <br /> and after development. Provisions in the-proposed development shall be made to allow <br /> surface drainage to flaw across the property unimpeded in-A manner similar to the <br /> n uvw prior to development. Storm drainage runoff created-by development shall'be <br /> retained on the-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Pian. Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted <br /> for approval. A plan check fee will be required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> M provide proof of recorded cross easements for any shared facilities (storm drainage,fire <br /> pond*access, etc.). <br /> d. There shall be an approved Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the property line in a east to <br /> west direction to separate the 13-acre site for the cherry packing shed facility from the 25- <br /> acre site for the apple packing shed facility. Prior to the issuance of the Certificate at <br /> Occupancy, a`Notioe of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded. <br /> e. Parking requirements: <br /> . (1) A total of 1 O7parking spaces shall be.pcoa+idshatf be three on,the <br /> ice.p� <br /> Plan. Included in the total parking=spaces <br /> spaces.
