The equivalent of one (1) foot candle of <br /> illumination . shall be provided throughout the <br /> parking area. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5(g}) <br /> b. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5(g)) <br /> C. Parking lot luminaries shall be high-pressure <br /> sodium vapor with 90-degree cut-off and flat <br /> lenses. (Development Title Section 9-91015.5(g)) <br /> d. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property line shall be permitted, except onto <br /> public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5(g}) <br /> 10. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid masonry wall and gated on the <br /> fourth side.
