Construction of an individual domestic water well for 13361 B. Fairchild Lane under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> i. Destroy or properly seal the existing domestic well to the North of the house located at <br /> 13361 E. Fairchild Lane under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4207). <br /> j. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> k. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the above ground holding <br /> facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze the contents for any hazardous <br /> material.
