Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for <br /> *Engineered Grading Requirements.* <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be Incorporated In the grading plans. <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation Inspection. <br /> f. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. <br /> g. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to Issuance of any <br /> building permits, or beginning of any construction. <br /> Note: This application requires a discretionary approval, (e.g.Tentative Map, Site Approval, <br /> Use Permit). Therefore, a grading permit will not be issued until this approval Is obtained. <br /> 3. The Construction Site Plan shall Indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> b. Provide Identification signs for the parking space(s) Including the'tow away'sign at <br /> t each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 Inch per foot t(C.C.R, Title 24). <br /> 4. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when any <br /> portion of an exterior wail of the first story Is located more than 150.feet from the public <br /> access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards published in Public <br /> Work design standards (Sec.10.203 UFC).
