The site is located on the northwest corner of <br /> Fairchild Road and Jack Tone Road, northeast of Stockton. <br /> This application has been tentatively scheduled for public hearing <br /> before the Planning Commission on April 1, 1993 pending the <br /> completion of the required Traffic Study. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all. Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval is for the addition of cold storage to an <br /> existing apple packing shed to be completed in two <br /> phases. Phase 1 consists of packed fruit storage (23 ,975 <br /> square-feet) , and shipping set-up and office (4880 <br /> square-feet) . Phase 2 consists of controlled atmosphere <br /> cold storage (39,360 square-feet) . <br />
