At the common driveway to Jack Tone Road, the southerly <br /> exit lane shall, be striped and signage posted for right- <br /> turn only and the northerly exit lane shall be striped <br /> and signage posted for left-turn only. <br /> 7. The southernmost exit gate shall be striped and signage <br /> posted for exit only. <br /> 8. Landscaping: <br /> a. Landscaping shall conform to the Landscaping <br /> Regulations in Division 10 of the Development Title <br /> and shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> b. Required landscaping, including irrigation systems, <br /> shall be completely installed prior to the issuance <br /> of the Certificate of Occupancy for the new <br /> structures. Plantings shall not extend more than three (3) feet <br /> above any street curb within a fifteen (15) foot <br /> snipe of the driveway (Section 9-1020.3{a}{3jfC} of <br /> the Development Title) <br /> d. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid masonry wall and gated on the <br /> fourth side.
