Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval is for controlled atmosphere cold storage <br /> and a cherry packing shed to be completed in two phases. <br /> Phased consists :of controlled atmosphere cold storage <br /> with a shipping area (30,700 square-feet) , a machine room <br /> (1, 560 square-feet) and a receiving office (592 square- <br />
