The minimum dimensions for parking aisles (the space required for maneuvering vehicles within a parking lot) shall be as set forth in Figure 9- 1015.5 of the Development Title. (Development Title Section 9-1015) 6. At the common driveway to Jack Tone Road, the southerly exit lane shall be striped and signage posted for right- turn only and the northerly exit lane shall be striped and signage posted for left-turn, only. 7. The entrance gate at the common driveway from Jack Tone Road shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty-five (65) feet. 8. Landscaping: a. Landscaping shall conformsto the Landscaping Regulations in Division 10 of the Development Title and shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. b. Required landscaping, including irrigation systems, shall be completely installed prior to the use of the property and the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the new structures. (Section 9- 1020.2(j)= of the Development Title) C. The parking ..area shall proved a minimum five percent (5%) interior landscaping. (Section 9- 10206(a) of the Development Title) d. One tree shall be required for each five (5) parking stalls, or portion thereof, and shall be evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Section 9-1020.6(b) of the Development Title) e. A ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip shall be installed between parking areas and Jack Tone Road. (Section 9-1020.6(c) of the Development Title) f. Planters which abut parking stalls shall be a minimum of five (5) feet wide. A minimum eighteen (18) inch wide paved strip shall be added to the adjacent parking stall to allow access to and from vehicles. (Section 9-1020. 6{d) of the Development Title)
