The Water Supply. Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is `due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $95.00 per 1,900gross,square foot of building as <br /> "Manufacturing° or, "warehouse". The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. <br /> An additional 3.5 percent shall be added to the fee upon <br /> payment for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 2.
