Storm drainage run-off shall be retained on- <br /> site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted for <br /> approval. A plan check fee will be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> 3. Provide proof of recorded cross easements for any shared <br /> facilities (storm drainage, fire pond, access, etc. ) . <br /> 4. There shall be an approved Lot Line Adjustment to adjust <br /> the property line in a east-to-west direction to separate <br /> the 13-acre site for the cherry packing shed facility <br /> from the 25-acre site for the apple packing shed <br /> facility. Prior to the issuance of the Certificate of <br /> Occupancy a "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded. <br /> 5. Parking requirements: <br /> a. A total of ninety-three (93) parking spaces shall <br /> . be provided and shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Included in the total parking spaces shall be two <br /> (2) handicapped parking spaces. The size of the <br /> parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Section 9-1015.5(b) of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> b. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be paved and permanently maintained <br /> with base material and asphalt concrete to provide <br /> a durable dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided when necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015) <br /> C.
