Located on the NW. corner of Jack <br /> Tone Rd. and Fairchild Ln. , NE of Stockton. <br /> APPLICANT: Henry Foppiano APN: 089-170-37 & 38 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Fairchild Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> Jack Tone Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 102.00 <br /> per 1,000 gross square foot of building as "Manufacturing" in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 2 .
