(Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> t Acceleration and deceleration lanes shall be provided for the main driveway, All <br /> improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All Improvement plans and specifications <br /> mast approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan. (Development Title Sections 9-1100.3 and 9-1150.2) <br /> g. The fmnwge improvements for Jack Tone Road shall.be constructed In conformance with <br /> Me standards for one-half of a 84400t wide right-of-way rural arterial road. The <br /> constnKgon of the frontaW improvements (the portion that is not required by the traffic <br /> study)will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and,Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to the estimated construction costs prior to approval <br /> of the Improvement Plan. The estimate and legal description shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Department o f Public Works and submitted to Public Works for approval. <br /> As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $11500. Driveway approaches shall be Improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Standard R-17 prior to Issuance of the building permit. Radii and width <br /> of the driveway approaches shall be improved to allow trucks to make legal turning <br /> movements to and from Fairchild lane. Submit a report of waste discharge to the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board,.Central Valley Region,prior to.development(Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control <br /> Act, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> c.
