A grading.plan s`hal.be submitted. by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the.Buikfing Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading.pian shall contain too information listed In the UBC, Appendix, <br /> Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br /> (2) The grading plan shall Include complete drainage details and elevations of the <br /> adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shah be submitted where applicable. <br /> (3) Grading In excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 of <br /> "Engfrieered Grading Requirements." <br /> (4) AN of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading <br /> Ili <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted to a foundation inspection. <br /> (6) AN grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. <br /> (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to issuance of any <br /> boding permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> C.
