Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjaoerrt structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015) (3) The parking lot design and dimensions shall be in accordance with Table 9- 1015.5 of the Development Title. (4) All parking spaces and driveways shall be delineated with paint. (5) The minimum dimensions for parking aisles(the space required for manuevering vehicles within a parking lot) shall be as set forth in Figure 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. Landscaping: (1) Landscaping shall conform to the Landscaping Regulations in Division 10 of the Development Title and shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. (2) Required landscaping, including irrigation systems,shall be completely installed prior to tib,use of the property and the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for#0 near structures. (Development Title Section 9-1020.20)) (3) The parking area shall provide a minimum five percent interior landscaping. (Development Title Section 9-10206(a)) (4) One tree shall be required for each fire parking stalls, or portion thereof, and shalt be evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6(b)) (5) A ten-foot-wide landscaped strip shall be installed between parking areas and Jack Tone Road. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6(c)) (6) Planters which abut parking stalls shall be a minimum of five feet wide.
