(Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> f. Accelerate and deceleration lanes shall be proy)ded for the main driveway. All <br /> improvements shall be in conformance with the improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. AN improvement plans and specifications <br /> must approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan. (Development Title Sections 9-1100.3 and 9-1150.2) <br /> g. The fnontage. for Jack Tone Road shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> the standards for one-half of a 844okot-wide right-of-way rural arterial road. The <br /> construction d the*outage improvements (the portion that is not required by the traffic <br /> study)will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to the estimated construction costs prior to approval <br /> of the Improvement Plan. The estimate and legal description shall be <br /> prepared by a Registwed CH Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to Public Works for appy <br /> As an opWn, Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $115.00. (Devekgpment Title Section 9.1150.2) <br /> h. Driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the bulk ling permit. Radii and width <br /> of the driveway approaches shall be improved to allow trucks to make legal turning <br /> movements to and from Fairchild Lane.. (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> L An encroachment permk shalt be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-9145.2) <br /> 3.
