26 JANUARY 2000 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER E99309 <br /> I <br /> The USGS Tracy, California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1954 depicts the subject <br /> property as being vacant. To the north and east of the subject property are orchards. To the east of <br /> the subject property, Fair Oaks Road is also depicted. Properties to the south and west of the subject <br /> property are depicted as being vacant. <br /> The USGS Tracy, California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1954 photorevised 1968 <br /> ` depicts the subject property as mostly vacant although a small structure (presumably the house) is <br /> I now depicted on the eastern edge of the subject property along Fairoaks Road. The property to the <br /> east of the subject property now depicts a few small homes. There are no changes depicted to the <br /> properties to the north, south or west of the subject property. <br /> The USGS Tracy, California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1954 photorevised 1981 <br /> r depicts the subject property as now being agricultural. The only changes to the adjoining properties <br /> are a few scattered homes to the north, south and east. { <br /> VI. INTERVIEWS <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical, as well as, current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property.The objective of the interview <br /> process is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> i' <br /> the proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was mailed <br /> to the property owner by NOA Environmental. The questionnaire had not been received by our office <br /> prior to the completion of this report. N <br /> VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> A site map and photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site <br /> visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix F. " <br /> { The subject property is located at 27475 Fairoaks Road,Tracy, San Joaquin County, California. The <br /> subject property is currently one parcel. At the eastern end of the parcel ( along Fairoaks Road) is <br /> ` a single family residence which is to be included in the remainder after the property is split. The + <br /> remainder of the property Yis currently planted in cherries. To the north of the subject property Yis <br /> another single family residence which is surrounded by cherry trees. To the south of the subject <br /> property is vacant landwhich is followed to the south by Bates Court. To the east of the subject <br /> property is Fairoaks Road. East of Fairoaks Road are or ingle family residences. To the west <br /> of the subject property is more agricultural land.. <br /> 9 <br />
