Internal consistency of the General plan is maintained in the adoption of the Amendment. <br /> F This determination can be made because the proposed site meets the development <br /> and locational criteria for the RIVL designation contained in Volume I of the General <br /> Plan because it is within the unincorporated urban community of Tracy. <br /> Bases for Zone Reclassification(Development Title Section 9-812.4 page 432) <br /> } <br /> 1. The proposed zone district is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Pian, <br /> and any applicable Specific Plan. <br /> • This determination can be made because if, approved, the proposed R-VL zone will <br /> be consistent with the proposed RNL General Plan designation. The proposal is <br /> also consistent with the development and locational criteria for the Residential- <br /> Very Low Density designation contained in Volume I of the General Plan. There are <br /> no Master Plans or Specific Plans in the area. <br /> 2.
