The warehouse building is <br /> for the storage of manufacturing equipment,vehicles,raw materials,and manufactured product. <br /> Stored materials include steel,wood,and masonry or concrete products. The project site is <br /> located on the north side of East Farmington Road,260 feet west of Golden Gate Avenue, <br /> Stockton. (Supervisorial District 1) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: NJ McFadden Development LLC APPLICANT: Siegfried Engineering <br /> ADDRESS: 3855 East Farmington Road, Stockton APN: 173-140-02 and 173-140-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> The site is within the Phase 1 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES). <br /> Farmington Road has an existing and planned right-of-way of variable width(100' +). <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit from Caltrans shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. <br /> 2. The eastbound approach to the driveway on Farmington Road shall be striped to include a left turn lane. <br /> 3. Modifications to the traffic signal shall be made in accordance with Caltrans requirements(refer to <br /> January 2,2018 Caltrans letter). <br /> 4. The roadway improvements for Farmington Road traffic signal shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> Caltrans standards. Improvement plans, specifications and engineer's estimate prepared by a registered <br /> civil engineer shall be submitted for review and are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must <br /> be approved by Caltrans. <br /> 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application.
