KL E/NFEL OER
..:vnre oc;e=.,Unsor::ors
5
5 SEPTIC PERMITS AND PERFORMANCE
SJCEHD files were searched to identify septic and well permits at parcels in the project vicinity.
The only permits on file for the subject parcel were for soil borings and percolation testing as part
of this study and a geotechnical investigation for the project being prepared under a separate
cover. There were no well or septic permits on file for the subject parcel.
Twenty-one permits were reviewed for parcels located adjacent to or near the subject property.
These permits were for new installations and repairs/additions to existing septic systems, new
wells, well destructions, soil borings, or percolation testing. The permitted sewage disposal
systems on adjacent parcels were for conventional septic/leach field/seepage pit systems. The
permits viewed and a summary of information obtained from the permits are presented on
Figure 5. Copies of the permits are included in Appendix A.
•
•
20173772.001A/ST017R57809 Page 5 of 15 April17, 2017
©2017 Kleinfelder www.kleinfelder.com
