The following report includes background information regarding the existing <br /> site and proposed new construction, past and present use of the site, existing septic tank <br /> performance and permitting, and the general groundwater conditions in the project area. In <br /> addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures and the site conditions encountered <br /> during our field exploration are included.
