Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, Ca 95205 <br /> RE: Application#: PA-0600066(SA) <br /> Dear Mr. Hatef, <br /> I have recently built a new home at 17129 N. Fox Rd. across the street from the proposed <br /> landscaping business which is being proposed by Mr. Eckroth which I Must state is <br /> already in operation. I wish to object the proposed site due to the following facts: <br /> 1) The property is zoned (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum). Not commercial. <br /> 2) The location and its entrance is directly located across the street from my driveway <br /> and I am aware that large commercial trucks will be turning in and out of that <br /> driveway and will cause hazards and problems getting in and out of my driveway. <br /> 3) Fox Road happens tote a very narrow road to begin with and I do not believe it was <br /> designed or intended to have commercial trucks driven on it on any regular basis. <br /> 4) There is no turn lane on Hwy 12/Victor Road for access of large commercial vehicles <br /> and semi-trucks to be turning onto Fox Road. <br /> 5) I propose that this application be turned down for the above mentioned reasons and <br /> that it would cause a nuisance to the existing neighborhood and a possible safety <br /> hazard to the local community and cause traffic hazards on an already busy Hwy 12. <br /> My feeling and objections are derived from my family being a resident and having <br /> ownership of the property across the street from the proposed business location since <br /> 1957. <br /> Should you have any questions please contact be during the week @ my office @ <br /> (209)957-9901. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Michae W.
