(Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> C p. Dedication to result in a Twenty-Five(25)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Fox Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of Fox Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall he required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$1,304 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Service Commercial in the Lockford area.
