The Department has <br /> the following comments: <br /> • To complete this review, the developer must submit the following traffic information to the <br /> Department for review and comment. Please submit the number and type of commercial <br /> trucks(State Transportation Assistance Act (STAR) and/or California Legal),to include <br /> dump trucks, that are anticipated for the delivery of materials, goods and/or equipment <br /> necessary for activities that are anticipated at this location. <br /> • To complete this review, the developer must submit a site plan map to the Department <br /> that indicates the precise distance of the proposed improvements from the State right <br /> of way. The site plan sheet, Submitted with the application materials, does not <br /> indicate this dimension. <br /> • it must be determined if grading would divert drainage from this proposed project and <br /> result in increased runoff to existing State facilities.
