As this proposed business grows, it's congestion problems will only increase. This will <br /> create more traffic issues to Fox Rd. residents, Hwy. 12 residents and other traffic using the <br /> roadways.. Hwy 88 traffic through Lockeford is bumper to bumber each and every <br /> weekend! <br /> When Mr. Eckroth's time limit for residing in a new dwelling is completed 1 or 2 years???; <br /> we all know Mr. Eckroth will sell it and vacate the premises leaving 2 separate properties. <br /> Mr. Eckroth has bought the property and is sub-dividing it again? This area is zoned for <br /> agriculture.
