Contractor License#714914 <br /> The business referenced above has been operating without a San <br /> Joaquin County Business License and in violation of the County Zoning <br /> Ordinance since early summer of 2005. <br /> In addition to the above violations workers are using Highway 12 as <br /> entrance onto the property. Highway 12 has over the past several years <br /> experienced a dramatic increase in traffic flow. Workers using this <br /> unauthorized access to the property create a dangerous traffic condition that <br /> can only lead to a serious accident. <br /> Presently there exists a seven(7)truck commercial operation <br /> adjacent to this proposal and another commercial contractor operating <br /> across Highway 12 without a San Joaquin County Business License and in <br /> violation of the County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> The number of commercial trucks,contractor workers and <br /> contracting equipment utilizing Highway 12 has become a major safety <br /> :] <br /> hazard for this area which is zoned Ag 40. <br /> Documentation and photos concerning any of the issues mentioned <br /> above are available by request. <br /> For this reason the application for this proposal should be denied. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> RonalK linoti <br />
