Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
RE: Application #: PA-0600066 (SA)
Dear Mr. Mo Hatef,
I would like to take this time to explain why our family is strongly opposed to
the New Business Mr. Larry Eckroth would like to open located at 17142 Fox
Road, Lodi, CA 95240. Let me start by saying, they are already running their
business out of this location and is has been causing problems already. I can
only imagine the troubles we will have when there are customers coming and
going.
Every morning when we leave for work we have to go around the congestion
the employees cause. t have been forced to go into the oncoming traffic to get
around the employees that are double parked in the street. This is a very
narrow road to begin with. If someone was to turn on to Fox Road from Hwy 12
as 1 am having to go in the on coming lane, it could cause and accident. Not to
mention the fact that most cars turning onto Fox Road from Hwy 12 have to us
parts of both lanes to fit anyway.
At times we have been forced to wait 5 - 10 minutes for them to move enough
to get around at times. Especially when they are trying to back into their
driveway with a trailer. 1 can only imagine the proposed congestion and
problems we (all residence) will incur as their business grows.
