There does not appear <br /> to be any major problems associated with the proposed construction as shown. A building <br /> permit will be required and the appropriate submittal documents prepared by a registered <br /> engineer or licensed architect shall be submitted for complete review and approval. <br /> El The Building Division has reviewed the site plan and project description and has noted the <br /> following issues that must be addressed. <br /> OCCUPANCY: (classify proposed and existing) <br /> Proposed occupancy: Group I Division 4 <br /> Existing occupancy: Group R Division 2.2.1 <br /> O The proposed use will change the occupancy from a occupancy to a <br /> occupancy (UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions including structural,plumbing, mechanical, <br /> electrical, energy and disabled access requirements.
