1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> ' 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel. The project is in a rural <br /> community. The address is 17508 E. Frazier Road, Linden, CA 95236 and is zoned AG-40. <br /> The project parcel numbers are 065-100-08, 37 and 38. <br /> ' Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a 2.0 acre parcel <br /> and a Designated Remainder. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> t1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> ' 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owner, <br /> L6 Lagorio Land Company, has owned subject property for 6+ years. The past and present uses <br /> ' of the property has been agriculture. The homesite parcel is currently a walnut orchard with a <br /> house under construction. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> a 2.0 acre parcel and a Designated Remainder parcel. Research revealed no septic tank permits <br /> on the project site. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this <br /> parcel. (See Appendix) The site has never had a home on it. <br /> ' 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair available for <br /> subject parcel. The site has never had a home on it. <br /> ' 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> ' pits. <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> t permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1976 to 2017. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br /> performance. There are been no incidents to report(See Appendix). <br /> 1 <br />
