1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: / <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel totalin 3 cres_located at <br /> F ' _1.86.00 & 19452 Frazier Road, Linden, CA. The subject parcel numb arC'065-150=02 and / <br /> y <br /> 065-150-04. The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel-is zoned <br /> AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description-of proposed devele ent: It is proposed to divide the existing 333.13,acre <br /> parcel into two 40 ac e parcels, ar�a�120'a9fe parcel, and a designated remainder parcel b t <br /> 13Tfacre parcel. In.aceo ance with the�S Joaquin County Development Title,this Surfaced-- <br /> Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will <br /> investigate the property for visual or historical environment contamination based on field <br /> observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. (This SSCR includes no chemical <br /> analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map- (See Appendix for Tentative Ma with Vicinity Map, and APN <br /> pp P <br /> page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Web Williams. The <br /> owner was interviewed on May 6, 2009. The Williams family has owned the subject parcel for <br /> more than 10 years. The land use has not changed under their ownership. <br /> Presently the property includes an orchard, a pastur and 2 existing dwelling's. The surrounding <br /> properties to the north, south, east, and west are used for agricu tura purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research thisp arcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin Cour Agriculture Commissioners office on May 6, 2009 <br /> q County � <br /> (see appendix for results). An onsite survey was performed on May 6, 2009 by Joe Murphy <br /> of <br /> /Dillon&Murphy. The owner was interviewed on May 6, 2009, by Joe Murphy. San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank site mitigation database <br /> list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T <br /> sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no findings.
