.a <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL I <br /> LA-00-7 <br /> Lloyd Haworth <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-7 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on February 23,2000,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 8,2001,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions <br /> of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act,'or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to.this <br /> map' <br /> ,t <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet, measured at the front yard <br /> setback line.
