Frederick Avenue,Ripon <br /> Land Use Application # UP-00-01, Service Request# SR0036443 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study, dated November 11, 2003, and submitted to the Environmental <br /> Health Department on December 18, 2003, and has determined the following: <br /> The Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study has been found incomplete. Please refer to the <br /> attached checklist for items found to be insufficient An addendum to the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br /> Loading Study addressing the items found insufficient must be submitted to the EHD prior to <br /> approval of building permits or final occupancy permit. Please be advised that any additional <br /> time required to review the addendum will be billed at a rate of$93.00 per hour. <br /> In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this project, please <br /> submit to the EHD those items noted above.
