Inc. and <br /> Golden Gate Nut Company <br /> In addition to technical reports required by the WDRs. the WDRs include a Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program (MRP), which specifies monitoring and reporting requirements for you to <br /> implement. Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish appropriate sampling <br /> schedules and reporting protocols. The required monitoring report submittal dates are in the <br /> table below. <br /> Required Monitoring Report Due Date <br /> Monthly Monitoring Reports 1St day of second month following the sampling <br /> (the February Report is due by 1 April) <br /> 1S day of the second month after the quarter <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Reports (i.e. the January-March quarterly report is due by <br /> May 1St ) <br /> Annual Monitoring Reports 1 February of each year <br /> Please be advised that the monitoring reports must be submitted on time and complete. <br /> Monitoring reports must include all of the items described in the Reporting Section of the MRP. <br /> The first monitoring report is due on 1 June 2014 and is to cover the month of April 2014 <br /> monitoring. <br /> Cease and Desist Order <br /> The CDO contains a compliance schedule with specific dates for submitting reports and <br /> completing certain tasks associated with the wastewater system. Please review your CDO <br /> carefully to ensure that you understand all aspects of the Order. The reports required by the <br /> CDO include the following: <br /> Required Reports Due Date <br /> Crop Plan Implementation Report 30 June 2014 <br /> BPTC Workplan 30 June 2014 <br /> Construction Completion Report for repair or <br /> replacement of existing wastewater pond 31 October 2015 <br /> liner <br /> Construction Completion Report for <br /> installation of storm water pond liner if the <br /> water balance in the approved BPTC 31 October 2015 <br /> Workplan shows that additional wastewater <br /> storage is needed <br /> A technical report that documents full <br /> implementation of the approved BPTC 30 June 2016 <br /> Workplan and full compliance with WDRs <br /> Order R5-2014-0056 <br />
