Pipeline is to be installed at the expense of the <br /> recipient of the water. " <br /> The above note, together with the owner consenting to the <br /> preparation and filing of the map, gives constructive notice <br /> to title -companies, future property buyers and the public of <br /> the requirement to provide a private irrigation easement as <br /> well as its size and location. <br /> b . obtain a structure permit for new service structure <br /> connections to District facilities which are necessary to <br /> provide service to the new parcels . <br /> c . The design strength and diameter of the proposed private <br /> pipelines and structures shall be adequate to handle standard <br /> delivery heads or flows for that area. <br /> 3 . The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all <br /> District facilities which may exist on subject property to <br /> serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded <br /> easements that are present . All existing recorded or newly <br /> dedicated District easements shall be shown and identified on <br /> the survey map prior to its recording. <br /> 4 . Owner shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from District for <br /> fencing or any other proposed encroachments of District <br /> easements resulting from the proposed parcel split . <br /> 5 . If a proposed homesite area is lower than adjacent irrigated <br /> property, a permanent berm or ditch will need to be <br /> constructed around the homesite parcel to prevent accidental <br /> flooding from irrigation water. Property owner shall either <br /> verify field elevations or submit a written statement to <br /> District indicating that property in question is not subject <br /> to flooding from adjacent irrigated property or pipelines . <br /> Likewise, owner shall provide the District with a written <br /> statement or explanation if any of the above stated conditions <br /> do not pertain to the situation involving the proposed parcel <br /> map. <br />
